Risa has lived in the Tichigan Lake and Waterford Woods areas for more than 15 years.  As a past and current owner of various types of properties, she brings her experience in buying and selling along with an extensive list of quality local contractors to help prepare your property for listing or make updates to your new purchase.

In the local community, Risa serves in the following capacities:

• Town of Waterford Planning Commissioner since 2015
• Board of Trustees Member, Community United Methodist Church since 2019
• Secretary of Tichigan Snowmobile Club since 2010
